Order floor number stencils for apartment buildings or office buildings. With a stencil you can quickly paint clear and consistent floor numbers on walls or doors.
We produce two types of floor number stencils:
• adhesive single-use stencil, which allows very precise painting but requires a smooth surface
• reusable stencil, which also works on rough surfaces but requires stencil-friendly designs
By default the numbers are produced in the style shown in the product image, but we can also create numbers using your preferred design.

Floor number marking in buildings
In apartment buildings and office buildings it is important that the route from the entrance to apartments or offices is clearly marked. This usually includes marking doors, apartment numbers and also the building floors.
Clear floor numbering helps people navigate inside the building and is also useful for maintenance staff and emergency services.
Floor numbers are commonly used:
- on stairwell walls
- next to elevators
- on corridor doors
- as part of evacuation route markings
Floor number stencils
We produce custom floor number stencils that allow you to quickly and consistently paint floor numbers onto walls, doors or other surfaces.
Stencils can be ordered in different sizes starting from 150 mm height. The width depends on the number shape and selected height.
By default we use the number style shown in the product image, but we can also produce custom number styles if required.
Types of stencils
Adhesive stencil
Adhesive vinyl stencils allow very precise painting. The back side of the stencil has a light adhesive that keeps the stencil firmly attached to the surface during painting.

Best used on smooth surfaces.
Reusable stencil
Reusable stencils work well even on rough or uneven surfaces. In this version the stencil is cut through the entire material and is made of clear strong PET film.

- can be used multiple times
- design must be stencil-friendly (details at least ~1 cm wide and all inner parts connected)
How to order
- Enter the floor number or numbers in the product customization field
- Save the entered text
- Select the stencil size and type
- Add the product to cart
If you want to order multiple different style floor numbers, add them to the cart separately. If all the numbers are same size and style, then you can write just for example 1-4 and add quantity 4 and we will make 4 stencils from 1 to 4.
Quantity discount
Quantity discounts apply to floor number stencils. The more numbers you order at once, the lower the price per stencil.
The ordered numbers do not need to be identical — only the total quantity in the cart matters.
Important
Each stencil contains one single number.
If you want a two-digit floor number such as 10, you need to order two stencils (1 and 0).

1 - Can the stencil be made larger than the sizes shown in the options?
No. The maximum size is limited by the material width and the cutting machine working area, therefore larger stencils cannot be produced.
2 - How do I order a two-digit floor number such as 10 or 12?
Each stencil or decal contains one number. For example, to create floor number 10 you need to order two stencils – one for number 1 and one for number 0.
3 - What surfaces are suitable for the stencil?
Adhesive stencils work best on smooth surfaces such as painted walls, metal or plastic. For rough surfaces we recommend using a reusable stencil.
