The decals are cut from pre-coloured vinyl using a plotter cutting method. The material is weather-resistant, withstands UV exposure and salt water, and has a lifespan of up to 8 years.

Colours and design

24 different colour options are available, but each decal itself is single-colour. For multi-colour designs, each colour must be ordered separately and applied in layers.

For more complex designs, we recommend requesting a quote, as the online store may not always calculate the most cost-effective solution.

Size and dimensions

The selected size represents the area where the decal will fit – this is the maximum possible size. The final decal may be smaller, but not larger.

The final size depends on the length of the name and the chosen font. Longer names result in smaller letter height within the same width, and more decorative fonts are often taller.

If not specified otherwise, we produce the decal at the maximum possible size within the selected dimensions while maintaining correct proportions.

Fonts

You can use almost any font. When ordering, you can provide the font name or a link to it.

To find a suitable font, we recommend using dafont.com, where you can preview your text in thousands of different styles.

Application

The decals are suitable for smooth, clean and grease-free surfaces (glass, painted metal, plastic). All decals come with transfer tape, allowing the entire design to be applied in one step.

We also offer stencils. If the surface is rough, we recommend painting the boat name using a stencil, as a decal may not adhere properly to uneven surfaces.
