Return & Cancellation Policy

We want our customers to be as satisfied as possible, therefore we have established a reasonable return policy, which increases buyer's confidence and enables us to keep the business sustainable.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled at any time until the postage confirmation e-mail is recieved. A credit invoice will be made and you will recieve a refund within 30 days. Bank payments will be refunded in the full order amount minus bank transfer fees. We will reserve the right to retain up to 15% of the total order amount, to cover the costs associated with order fulfillment, or up to 30% of the total amount of the custom order.


Products purchased from Signs24 can be returned within 14 days after recieving the goods. Products must be returned in the same condition in which it was received (no damage, no scratches, not used). Custom made orders cannot be returned. Order and invoice number should be included with the package. Once the product has arrived back to our office, we will examine the product and refund the full order price (including original shipping costs) within 30 days if the product meets the conditions set out above. Signs24 may retain up to 15% of the order amount to cover the payment terminal fees and the costs associated with fulfillment of the order. Please contact us immediately if you wish to return your product(s). If the product is returned without prior consultation with us, we reserve the right not to accept the product and/or issue a refund. Buyer is responsible for the return costs, we do not reimbruise return costs.


If Signs24 decides to replace your product(s), you will not have to return the original product(s).
